MY STORY

I wrecked the car.
My daughter was in and out of the ER and ICU with breathing issues.
My body was waving all the red flags—daily headaches, brain fog, and dizziness—
but I didn't know what to do with them.
I was bouncing between doctor’s offices, just trying to understand what my body was telling me.

but I also felt like I was carrying the weight of the world.
I was juggling a toxic job, trying to be the best mom, the best wife, the best friend—
the pressure to "do it all" started catching up with me.

Soon after returning from maternity leave, I was laid off.
Things felt so heavy that we moved in with my mom—just trying to catch our breath.

When I became a mom,
I loved it more than anything

And then, life kept piling on.

It wasn't until I stopped trying to fix everything at once—and started focusing on small, simple shifts—that things finally started to change.

I was exhausted, overstimulated, and figuring out the best way to care for myself felt overwhelming.
