How do I book 1:1 coaching sessions?

Yes! You’re welcome to go through coaching with a friend. Sometimes having that extra support makes it even more fun and encouraging. Just reach out and we’ll make it happen.

Do you offer group coaching or buddy sessions?

Very! Sessions can be held every week for 30 minutes or bi-weekly for 1 hour. You’re welcome to show up just as you are—wet hair, workout clothes, toddler meltdown in the background—it’s all okay. Cameras on or off or we can message. Babies, toddlers and pets are always welcome.

How flexible are coaching sessions?

1:1 coaching is designed to be flexible, simple, and fully centered around you and your goals. You’ll choose the support you need—wellness, nutrition, or both—and we’ll focus on small, doable shifts that make a big difference. You can choose whether you want virtual sessions to be weekly or bi-weekly.

We’ll use each session to discuss your current challenges, talk through your area of focus with helpful strategies, and choose a simple goal for your week that fits your needs. Along with 1:1 sessions, you'll get midweek accountability check-ins, access to me 24/7 for support, and mini tools & resources based on your goals. We can meet via video, phone call or messaging, depending on what you need that week.

What happens during coaching? How does it work?

Life happens! If you need to reschedule, just let me know. We’ll shift your support for the week in a way that works for both of us.

What if I miss a session?

Absolutely. This coaching is designed to fit you—whether that’s full-body wellness support or help with just one or two focus areas like food, movement, stress, or sleep.

You can choose wellness coaching, nutrition coaching, or blend both depending on what you need most. We’ll keep it personalized, doable, and rooted in what matters to you—because everything’s connected, and your care should reflect that.

I only want support with certain wellness areas. Is that okay?

Not at all. This is for moms who care about their health and wellness but need it to feel doable and supportive—not like another thing to get “right.”

Do I have to be a "wellness person" to do this?

Consistency is hard when you're juggling so much—and that’s why this reset includes check-ins, encouragement, and simple tools and resources to help you keep going, even when life feels chaotic. You don’t have to be perfect to see progress.

What if I'm not great at staying consistent?

That’s okay—this coaching is made for busy moms. We’ll focus on small, doable shifts that feel realistic for your life right now—with flexibility. We can meet via video, voice, or message, depending on what you need that week.

What if I don't have time to do everything?

This coaching is designed for moms and meets you where you are. It’s not about overhauling your life—it’s about building sustainable wellness from a place of compassion, not pressure.

I've tried things before...how is this different?

Of course! While I specialize in early motherhood, I also support women in other seasons who want to feel more balanced and energized. If my approach resonates, you’re more than welcome here.

I'm not a mom—can I still work with you?

While I totally get the desire for a done-for-you plan—writing personalized meal plans doesn’t align with my approach. Instead, I’ll help you learn how to build your own flexible, balanced meals using a simple method. Need something more clinical or specific? I’m happy to refer you to an amazing registered dietitian.

Can you write me a meal plan?

No rigid rules, meal plans, or intense workout routines. Just real-life support for your season of motherhood—flexible calls, less pressure, and strategies that actually fit your day-to-day.

I focus on sustainable wellness for motherhood—in a realistic way. Everything I teach is mom-tested, simple, and designed to support your real life.

It’s personalized support to help you feel more balanced, energized, and like you—especially in early motherhood.

We’ll focus on simple, sustainable habits across areas like movement, sleep, stress, emotions, nutrition or daily routines—whatever feels most helpful right now. You’ll get guidance and strategies that actually work for your life today, with everything connected back to your whole well-being.

What is health and wellness coaching?

I don’t offer refunds on digital products or coaching, but I’m always here to help. If something unexpected comes up, I’ll work with you to find a solution.


What's your refund policy?

Yes! Coaching or wellness guides make a thoughtful gift for a fellow mama. Just message me, and I’ll set it up.

Do you sell gift cards for your services or guides?

Not right now—but hopefully in the future! I do offer flexible payment options to make support more accessible for all moms.
