What if I miss a session?
Absolutely. This coaching is designed to fit you—whether that’s full-body wellness support or help with just one or two focus areas like food, movement, stress, or sleep.
You can choose wellness coaching, nutrition coaching, or blend both depending on what you need most. We’ll keep it personalized, doable, and rooted in what matters to you—because everything’s connected, and your care should reflect that.
I only want support with certain wellness areas. Is that okay?
Not at all. This is for moms who care about their health and wellness but need it to feel doable and supportive—not like another thing to get “right.”
Do I have to be a "wellness person" to do this?
Consistency is hard when you're juggling so much—and that’s why this reset includes check-ins, encouragement, and simple tools and resources to help you keep going, even when life feels chaotic. You don’t have to be perfect to see progress.
What if I'm not great at staying consistent?
That’s okay—this coaching is made for busy moms. We’ll focus on small, doable shifts that feel realistic for your life right now—with flexibility. We can meet via video, voice, or message, depending on what you need that week.
What if I don't have time to do everything?
This coaching is designed for moms and meets you where you are. It’s not about overhauling your life—it’s about building sustainable wellness from a place of compassion, not pressure.
I've tried things before...how is this different?
Of course! While I specialize in early motherhood, I also support women in other seasons who want to feel more balanced and energized. If my approach resonates, you’re more than welcome here.
