At Erica Taylor Wellness LLC, we are committed to clarity, integrity, and customer satisfaction. Because our services are entirely digital and results-driven, and due to frequent misuse of refund systems in the wellness space, we maintain a strict no-refund policy.
This policy protects the time, intellectual property, and value that goes into each service or product we deliver. Please read carefully before making a purchase.
1. General Policy: All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through our website or related platforms (e.g., Podia, Stripe, PayPal) are non-refundable. By completing your transaction, you acknowledge and agree to this policy in full.
This applies to: All 1:1 coaching services, paid digital guides or downloads, and self-paced courses and educational content (once launched). Due to the downloadable and/or service-based nature of our offerings, we do not allow returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances unless explicitly stated below.
2. Digital Products
Once a digital product has been delivered—via email, download link, or platform access—you are deemed to have received full value. As such:
• No refunds are provided for digital downloads, whether accessed or not.
• It is your responsibility to read all product descriptions and ensure compatibility before purchasing.
We encourage customers to contact us with questions before purchasing if any clarification is needed.
3. Coaching Services
Due to the high-touch, personalized, and time-sensitive nature of coaching services:
• No refunds will be issued once coaching has begun or once onboarding materials have been sent.
• Cancellations or missed sessions are not eligible for refund or credit unless rescheduled per our rescheduling policy.
We reserve the right to cancel or deny future coaching access to clients who misuse scheduling or refund expectations.
Fraud prevention notice: Claims such as “I didn’t receive what I expected” or “I changed my mind” will not be honored after engagement begins, in line with standard coaching industry practices.
4. Course Refunds (Future Launches)
When self-paced digital courses are launched:
• Enrollments will be final and non-refundable once access is granted.
• Accessing any module or download from the course constitutes full delivery.
• We do not offer “money-back guarantees” on educational outcomes.
In rare cases of double charge or technical failure, please contact us (see Section 6).
5. Exceptions (Fraud Prevention Measures)
The only situations in which a refund will be considered are:
• Duplicate purchases made in error (proof required)
• Technical delivery failure where access is not granted within 7 days and support was contacted
• Fraudulent payment made using stolen credentials, with a valid bank claim
To submit a request for an exception, email erica@ericataylorwellness.com with your full name, purchase details, and reason for your request. Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued solely at our discretion.
6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
You agree not to initiate a chargeback or dispute through your bank or credit card provider without first contacting us for resolution.
We actively contest chargebacks for:
• Fully delivered coaching, downloads, or services
• Fraudulent claims intended to bypass our refund policy
Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks will result in:
• Permanent ban from future purchases
• Revocation of product/course access
• Legal action for recovery of damages and fees
7. Payment Plan Obligations
If you opt into a payment plan:
• You agree to complete all scheduled payments, regardless of program use or participation
• Failure to complete a payment plan may result in access being revoked without refund of prior payments
No partial refunds are offered for unused services or early withdrawal from the program.
8. Promotional Sales & Coupon Codes
All promotional pricing, discount codes, or bonuses are final at the time of purchase. We do not retroactively apply promotions to past purchases, and no refunds or credits are offered for pricing changes.
9. Legal Notice
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, and is a binding part of our Terms & Conditions.
By purchasing, you waive any right to contest these terms through alternative interpretations or exceptions not explicitly listed above.
